3. Payment Method: Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

 

Refund process:

2. Review and approval: We will review your refund request and contact you within 10 hours to inform you of the refund approval or denial.

3. Refund: If your request is approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
